I have tried three of these buttons, and i personally like backtype retweet button, nect to it is the tweetmeme button.
But adding these buttons helps a kot, you always get more traffic from it

I have found a very good set of twitter tools for word press, and it even contains a retweet button.
It is called tweet suite, and it can be found on the wordpress plugin site.
Also, it can automatically tweet your posts to a certain account of your choosing when you publish them.

All these solutions are really piece of shit, since we CAN'T customize the button : no background color, no bg image..NOTHING !

I'm trying to find a uniform set of buttons (Digg, Twitter, Stumble, Delicious, RSS, etc.) that I can put at the end of all posts. Something like the "Find Me On" add-in for WordPress, only for posts instead of the sidebar.
